1. Do you ship the items to my country?
   Yes, we send our items to your door by courier. The shipment cost is documented to you by an e-mail before we ship the item(s).
   
   
2. Which countries do you ship to?
   We ship to all.
   
   
3. How much does the shipment cost to my country?
   The cost of the shipment is changed due to the weight & volume of the selected items. In addition to the shipment cost, the insurance and the chest cost are added. The price decreases per item when the number of items increases.
   
   
4. What happens if the items are broken or lost?
   We ship your items with travel packing type and they are 100% insured. If your item gets lost or damaged, we will reproduce and send it to you for free. 
   
   
5. How long does it take to ship the item to my country?
   Actually it changes up to the country but usually it takes between 3-4 working days.
   
   
6. How can I pay to you?
   We accept TT transfer to our accounts and we also accept payments by PayPal.
   
   
7. Do you have all items at your websites?
   No, in order to protect our designs and new items, we do not have presentations of all our collection, especially if they are from our new collections. If you send us a message about our item which you like, we will send you photos of alike items and our new collections as soon as possible.
   
   
8. Why don’t you accept credit cards?
   Because we do not want to take the responsibility of keeping your credit card        information.
   
   
9. How can I clean my ceramic?
   Please check using instructions at our web site.
   
   
10. Can I wash my ceramics at dishwasher?
    Yes you can. The colors will not remove but we suggest hand wash always.
    
    
11. Can use my ceramic plate at microwave?
    No, we do not recommend.
    
    
12. How many watt of bulb should I use at my mosaic lamp?
    It is up to. You can use any type and watt of bulb.
    
    
13. Can I wash my pashmina at washing machine?
    We recommend dry cleaning please.
    
    
14. How can I install my ceramic tiles to my wall?
    You will find the instructions under the title of “The Production Steps of Turkish Ceramics” at our website.

Questions of Wholesalers and Exporters?

15. Do you export your items?
    Yes we do export our items to more then 10 countries at different continents. We have a team which is focused on only our export& wholesale works at our showroom for our guests from outside & inside Turkey.
    
    
16. How do you send the items?
    It changes up to the request of our customers. We can do by truck, sea (LCL or full container) or plane.
    
    
17. What are your payment methods?
    We work as TT transfer by bank, Letter of Credit.
    
    
18. Do you have an export price list?
    Yes we do. Our list is same and fix for all of our customers.
    
    
19. Are the prices including the shipment also?
    We send our price list according to the customers’ requests as FOB or CIF Istanbul...
    
    
20. How do you pack the items?
    We do special packing for export and sending the items in wooden chests.
    
    
21. How long does it take to produce the items?
    It changes up to the order but it usually takes between 4-6 weeks to make them ready for shipment.
    
    
22. Can I be your distributor in my country?
    Please send an e-mail to us about it. If the circumstances are available, we would like to consider the opportunity.
    
    
23. Are you working in partnership model?
    Unfortunately we do not choose the partnership model of business outside of Turkey.
    
    
24. Do you have a minimum amount of order?
    Yes we do. Because of extra costs of exporting and packing costs, we can not accept the orders under the amount of 10.000$
    
    
25. Do you produce all the items you sell?
    We mostly do custom manufacturing in Turkey. The designs, the colors and the shapes are determined by Myth Arts and produced at small workshops all over the Turkey. As you know all of our items are unique. Therefore there are all handmade. All the items are produced by low capacity workshops which are 6-8 people work in. In our handmade ceramic or mosaic lamps business, none of the items are manufactured in any factories. 
    
    
26. Where do you produce your items?
    s We are working with more or less 100 small workshops which are located at all around of Turkey. Items are just produced wherever that culture rises.
    
    
27. How many people are working at manufacture side of Myth Arts?
    It changes up to the seasons of the year, but around 200 people work for Myth Arts.
    
    
28. Can you produce special designs and items for my country?
    Yes we can do. We produce by hand, therefore we can apply any design you like on certain items.
    
    
29. Can you send us samples?
    Yes we can. But please keep in mind that the shipment cost will be charged.
    
    
30. If we would like to visit your company in Istanbul, can you help us about our trip?
    Off course, yes. If you send us an e-mail before you come to Turkey, we can book your hotel and pick you up from airport.
